The Live Chat and Live Audience functions no longer work. The Chat even throws up an error on their own HeyOliver sales page. Safe to say this app is donezo.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Honestly, the products that come on Appsumo has been pretty terrible. Gone are the good ol days of AppSumo
