This is an excellent deal for the money - a lot of tools to help turn web visitors into clients or customers, I'm even using it for a client's e-commerce site. The chat feature is also very helpful for this site.

For me, the best thing about this group of tools is the ability to develop a visitor profile across visits, then really target the internal campaigns to more closely align with their activity. The analytics are great.

Live view is a nice tool if you have regular traffic. I'm looking at 5 visitors right now who are shopping and can elect to send them a message on the spot. That's cool.

Note: it helps if you have an idea of your sales process before you begin setting things up. Otherwise, you can turn off the features you're not using until you figure out what you want to do. For instance, you can turn on live chat and use it exclusively until you get your stuff together.
