Intercom for Marketing

Oliver is basically like Intercom but less focused on support and more on the marketing aspect. Here are a few things I've noticed.

1) It's well built for its stage, and like most other big livechat platforms it does chat well.
2) Its got sleek looking marketing tools that are what I call 'minimalist chic'
3) The deal is pretty good for what you're getting, especially if the company sticks around.
4) It's a sales flow enabler that keeps track of your leads and allows you to score them.
5) Support was responsive and friendly :)
6) The native API was a welcome surprise.

I've still got to test out all the features but a few of them are live visitor tracking, pretty deep user segmentation, customizable widget (which they call bubbly) and emails integrated.

If you think about it, every single online business should have a live chat aspect to it, in fact I expect it for support. You can still do support with this (live chat + your own ticketing system) but getting that customer talking to you makes the sales and thats where I think Oliver will shine.. in actually getting your visitors to open up.

There are a few things that I look forward to
1) Integrations with WordPress/woocommerce natively
2) CRM integrations would be awesome (Salesflare please)
3) Email subscription form integration (either we integrate our own HTML forms, or they integrate with others like Mailchimp/Moosend)
4) Mobile app.

Overall a solid investment on an essential tool that any taco gambler should throw a few chips at.

Indeed, what you said about "we are focused more on the marketing aspect" is pretty spot-on.
The live-chat of Hey Oliver is solid and can be proved really helpful for the businesses - especially when you explore the tool even more. It’s true that every company nowadays needs such a tool on their website, and that’s why we are providing this feature to the community!
