Love the support widget!
After initially purchasing a code months ago, I just started using it this week as I needed a support widget. What makes the HO widget ("Bubbly") extra special, is the option to customize it with links to FAQ and more. Exactly what I needed! And really unique in comparison to other chat support tools (e.g. Helpscout & Helpwise). This is especially useful for small businesses like ours who do not have the capacity for 24/7 chat support, and want to provide a nice widget for email-first support.
Didn't need support yet, but I had a small improvement request that I emailed and was replied friendly early the next day. Also purchased 2 more codes now. Looking forward to the future developments of Hey Oliver!
