Q: Additional tier details

So, outside of the increased capacities and the reduction in the transaction fee. Is the only difference between tier 5 and the lower tiers the in person events, API access, branding, and webhooks? Is the in person event available at any lower level? Also if I need to upgrade to tier five from any lower tier, how can I do that?

A: Hey, thanks for reaching out.

Yes, essentially, T5 gives you increased capacities, reduced transaction fees, and the additional features that you've mentioned. In terms of upgrading to a tier from a lower tier, it's simply a case of purchasing the quantity of codes that you want as part of this deal. For example, if you have already purchased one code and you want to go to T5, you'll need to purchase four more, and so on.

Just note that this deal with AppSumo ends in a few weeks. Once it's closed, it will no longer be possible to upgrade to any tier, as this offer is only being made exclusively for AppSumo.

Hope this helps. I'm here if there's anything else I can help with.

Yes, that helps. I just had one more question to confirm. If I had Tier 1 and then added Tier 4, that should get me to Tier 5, which would provide 35,000 attendees, 25 rooms, 25 team members, and .75% transaction fee, with the missing features, correct? Or will it give me 21500 attendees, 23 rooms, and 23 team members, and still not the Tier 5 features?

The quantity of codes you buy dictates the tier you are on. It's not a case of adding tier 1 onto tier 4, etc. It's simply based on the number of codes you've purchased.

So, if you buy four codes, you have tier 4 and therefore the quota and feature that is linked to that tier.

I hope that helps, but just let me know if you want me to explain further.
