Q: Clone and then bulk move timings
Hello Ben,
I can see that we can clone events. I don't think we can then bulk move the timings can we? Would you be able to add this functionality soon?
Use case:
-I run an event which lasts for 6 days
-Each day has multiple talks (eg 15 embedded videos)
-Attendees watch videos as per the timetable (we have live sessions for Q&As too)
-So, pretty much every 20-30 mins you are being sent to watch another video or to a live session.
-We then run the same event as per above again say in 3 month's time but the start date/time is different (instead of Day 1 starting at 1000, perhaps it starts at 1430).
-I would like to be able to tell the system to change the first talk to start at the new date and time and then have all subsequent talks adjust similarly.
Would be great if you can do this...Thanks!

Jun 6, 2025A: Hey, thanks so much for sharing your use case.
Would you need to be able to do this for the event as a whole, i.e., change the start time each day to, say, 2:30 and then nudge everything forward accordingly? Or would this need to be done on a per-day basis, i.e., start Monday at 2:30, start Tuesday at 1:30, etc.?
I can't promise 100% that we'll be able to do this, but I'd love to understand your requirements first before determining if it might be feasible on our end.
Thanks :)
Thanks for the super fast response Ben. The simpler option is what we need more urgently. We train globally, so the start date and timings change quite dramatically. Like I said, it could be a 10am start locally for one client, but 3 months later we might be doing a 8am start for another time zone which would be say 6pm in ours!
The talks can continue to have the same space between them, so it's just a case of working out how many mins/hour there are between each of the original event's talks and applying those differences to the cloned event with a new start date/time. Later, we may need an option to add a talk and have all subsequent talks for that same day moved by the length of the added talk, but less important now!
Done! :)

Wow - that's impressive. Thanks so much Ben. I note that in the preview for the shift, the time is defaulted to UK time - are you able to show user's timezone in there to make it less confusing for the double check? Thanks! (Can't believe how fast you did this!)
Ah, good catch. All fixed! Thanks for letting us know.
