Q: Confirmation Regarding Transaction Terms
I would appreciate it if you could kindly confirm the transaction terms.
Specifically, I would like to know whether it’s possible to upgrade my tier even after 60 days have passed since the initial purchase.
For instance, if I purchase Tier 1, would I be allowed to upgrade to Tier 5 after 180 days?

May 18, 2025A: Hey, thanks for the question. If you want to be 100% sure, I'd absolutely recommend reaching out to AppSumo directly. But from my understanding, codes can only be purchased while the deal is running. Once the deal has finished, no further codes can be purchased, even if you've previously bought one or two codes during the deal window.
From our standpoint (HeySummit) we will never sell lifetime codes ourselves. It will only ever be done through AppSumo. So, once the AppSumo deal has finished, no further codes will be available for purchase.
As I mentioned, just to be on the safe side, you might want to reach out to AppSumo directly, as they may have a different approach from the one I'm assuming here.
