I read all the questions and comments of all the colleagues here on Heysummit.

But honestly I am very confused reading all the comments, and I do not know whether to buy Heysummit and do the REFUND of 1 DEAL test that I have purchased, all the information here is very fragmented, confusing and for me difficult to understand the practical set of Heysummit, to know if this offer may interest me or not. The more I read here the more I get confused.
So let me ask you a few questions to understand Heysummit as a business and to be able to share Heysummit in the BUSINESS version.

1. Heysummit is only a management platform for registrations of speakers and listeners of the count? Is that right or does Heysummit offer something else that is important for this business of congresses?

2. Heysummit is the management platform to do:
A: Charge listeners' tickets?
B: Make the payment of the fees to the speakers and presenters?
C: Pay the commissions to the affiliates that bring 'Speakers or Listeners' to the congress?
(These 3 points 'A, B, and C' only if the conference is paid.) If the congress is free, there are no fees or commission payments in any way.

3. To make a congress with Heysummit, what do I have to hire apart from Heysummit?
I ask this because I still have not understood very well the additional expenses that I will have besides buying Heysummit for $ 295 Dollars (5 DEALS) + $ 120 Dollars per year (To have the advantages of the BUSINESS version) to have the most complete version of this offer . That's right?

A: Do I need to hire a Webinars platform other than Heysummit?
A-1: If I have 5 DEALS can I have up to 12,500 listeners in the congress? That's right? But I do not know any Webinar platform that offers or supports 12,500 listeners in a live and direct Webinar.
Or if there is some what is called and what does it cost?

A-2: Which Webinar platforms are already integrated in Heysummit? And how many live listeners support these Webinar platforms live and how much do they cost?
A-3: What webinar platforms are already planning to integrate 1-2 months in Heysummit?
A-3: Can the HQWEBINAR platform also be integrated with those already in Heysumit?

A-5: Can live congresses be held? I refer a transmission directly from a Hotel, School or other place. So that the listeners enrolled in Heysummit can see the conference live?

4. WAREHOUSE OF RECORDED VIDEOS OF THE CONGRESS:

1. Speaker conferences can be recorded and saved directly during live lectures?
A-1: The conferences can be recorded before the planned congress with Heysummit and afterwards the congress can be broadcast with Heysummit as if they were live conferences / webinars 'False'?
A-2: Recorded conferences can be saved and issued 'EVERGREEN' at no cost?
A-2 B: How many 'EVERGREEN' congresses can we have running with our purchase with the different DEALS?
A-3: Where are the recorded videos

A: A-3) To link a recorded video to a talk you would select one of our existing video providers (we currently work with YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia and vooPlayer). With more coming soon.

Hi thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’ve found things to be confusing. In case it helps, we’ve been adding FAQs and other info to the widget (bottom right of this screen). You may find it helpful to get some answers from there.

Ok here are my answers to your questions:

1) Running an online summit is more akin to an offline conference, where there are multiple speakers, spanning across multiple days. With that comes a much deeper need for organisation and tools to help deliver a cohesive experience. Throw into that, the need for sponsorship management, affiliates, generating revenue and viral giveaways (to name but a few) and we're quickly in a very different territory from a more traditional webinar. HeySummit helps you put on a seamless experience - its far more than just handling registrations :)

A) Yes if you want you can charge for access
B) We don’t handle payments to speakers - though we may in the future. Typically you should find that most speakers will speak for free.
C) Yes we have an affiliate platform integrated that will pay out to Affiliates based on the revenue they generate

3) If you are running a summit with pre-recoded videos, then you do not need to purchase anything else - other than HeySummit. If you are running live talks then you will need to use either Zoom or BigMarker - which we integrate with. We will be providing more options soon regarding live streaming of talks.

A) Only if you intend to steam the talks live. As noted above though, we will soon be integrating with live streaming options that will be free for you to integrate with.
A-1) The attendee limit within HeySummit is for attendees across all of your events. It is very unlikely that you would get anywhere near that volume turning up to watch a talk live. But as noted above, you will soon be able to use a live streaming service - like YouTube live for example, where there are no limits.
A-2) We currently integrate with Zoom and BigMarker. I dont have there exact costs to hand regarding these providers, you would need to chat that yourself.
A-3) We will need to look into that particular platform. More research will be needed from our side.
A-4) Im not quite sure what you’re referring to here, but I think you’re asking if you can broadcast a live talk on a big screen or something - yes essentially you are free to do that just by opening the live stream on your browser and sending that to a large screen.

4)
1) Recording a live talk is not something handled directly by HeySummit. For example, if you are using Zoom - they have this ability included in their software
A-1) Yes you can setup a talk to be pre-recorded, as opposed to being broadcast live
A-2) Yes you can setup a summit to be evergreen. There’s no additional cost to do that - other than making sure you are within your Attendee and Event limits.
A-2 B) This depends on the number of stacked codes you purchased. If you stack all 5 codes, you can create up to 15 events.
