Q: Is the limit number of “Attendees” for per event or in total?

For example, Tier 1:
- Does it mean I can only have 500 attendees per event? Or does it mean 1,500 attendees per event?
- Does “Active Event” mean all present and future events that I’m campaigning for?
For example, if I have: a weekly workshop, a monthly summit - does it mean I can only host workshop for this week, next week, and then the summit event? And then I have to wait until one workshop finishes in order to post another one?

A: Hi, thanks so much for the question.

Essentially, if we take tier 1 as an example, that allows 1,500 attendees. The key thing to note here is that it's 1,500 attendees across your 'active' events. This means that we only count attendees if the event is active. An event will no longer be classified as active if one of the three scenarios below is true:

1. You've archived the event.
2. You've unpublished the event.
3. You've decided to keep the event open and published so that your existing attendees can continue to watch replays, but you've turned off registrations for new attendees.

If any of the three scenarios above is true, we will no longer classify the event as published.

Let's look at an example. You run an event with 1,500 attendees and decide to keep it open for six months because you want to serve the replays to your existing attendees as promised in your ticketing offer. However, because you don't need to generate new leads or revenue for the event, you turn off registrations. In so doing, the event is no longer classified as active for attendee counting purposes, and your attendee count goes back down to zero.

I hope that helps clarify. If you have any further questions, just let me know.
