Q: Upgrade to Tier 6
Hey everyone!
I've just unlocked Tier 5 and I'm absolutely loving the tool!
I just have one quick question:
I noticed that when I delete an attendee, the billing count doesn’t change.
Does this mean that once I reach 35,000 registered contacts, I’ll "lose" access to the tool—even if I delete some of them?
Also, is there a way to expand this limit? Can I purchase additional codes to go beyond the 35,000 cap — like a Tier 6, 7, or 8?

Attendees are only counted for events that are active. If you archive or unpublish an event, or if you keep an event open but turn off registrations for new attendees (i.e. simply to serve existing attendees in terms of replays) then we will no longer count those attendees towards your attendee quota.
However, it should decrease for those attendees that are deleted. Thank you for bringing this up. I will pass it to the team to double-check that we don't have a bug in the system. If we do, we'll roll out a fix promptly. Thanks again for reaching out and letting us know!
In terms of expanding the limit, we don't provide any additional tiers beyond tier 5. Therefore, you would need to purchase additional capacity based on our standard rates. You can loosely see these rates by heading over to our pricing page and using the slider to review the additional costs for increasing from 1,000 to 2,000, etc.
Worth noting also that we will be presenting an offer to all AppSumo customers to upgrade to the success plan once this deal has finished (for those that want/need all of the features on the Success plan), at a massively reduced price. This will provide you with additional capacity as well. We'll be sharing more information on that in the next couple of weeks.
