Q: How does this work?
This looks really interesting but I'm kind of confused as to how it works because I see each tier has a different number of tracked prompts. What exactly is a prompt? Does that mean it will only track links/recommendations to our website if a specific keyword/phrase that we are tracking is used in the convo?

For example, if you're an electrician in Salt Lake City, UT and you put your prompt as "Top 10 electricians in Salt Lake City, UT" it would track if your brand name shows up in that. And you can do that for as many prompts as your plan allows.

Does it only track mentions tied to a prompt tho or will it track total mentions regardless of promp? I guess what im looking for is more of a reverse engineering tool. Instead of me trying to guess what keywords were used to get my brand mentioned, Id rather track all mentions and have the AI tell me which keyword was used to inspire the mention.
I just bought and cancelled becuse i checked manually a few times, and it showed up in ai overview and not in your platform. But then I realized that in ai overview there was as space between the brand name, but I entered them together in your platform. But the URL was the same. Would this cause your tool not to pick it up?.

Ya this is my concern. I did a quick search and it sounds like as of now, the only way to track mentions beyond referrer (which you can do in GA4) is to run a script that checks for a keyword/phrase daily so yes, I believe spelling and grammar matters unless the script is also set to check common variations.
