Q: European Labor Laws
Hi!
This looks so interesting! Do you have information on how you comply with labor laws in Europe? I know there's regulation on what needs to be in place for a jobapplication regarding "Working Conditions", "Public Posting Requirements" & "Content of the Job Advert" - e.g. not asking for gender or other details that could lead to bias.
If you have measures to help with this, I will buy instantly!

We're a flexible interview builder - the employer using Hirevire needs to follow the labor laws of the region to be compliant to local rules.
We don't have any specific features dissuading users from asking specific questions unfortunately - eg. the gender
