Q: Ready to buy.... There are just some questions and previous complaints that I need to check please :)
1. Upon trying the free version, I see that the there is an error to access the app, is this normal? When is it due to be fixed?
2. I see that you have recently responded to many questions and reviews, some years old about improving the system. What exactly is improved? Can you share what updates or features have improved? Can you explain this further please...?
3. There's previously been many people with challenges with signing up with the appsumo code, is this fixed?
4. I've seen concerned about low resolution images... does the app downsize the image quality? can you share the limits of input/output pixels? "uploaded a 5,243px X 3,495px image. Finished image was downsized to 3,000px X 1,999px"
5. There were some complaints about colors. "Green horses". Or too much green, too much red. How can this challenge be overcome?

2. We're continuously working to improve our program. A new colorization model will be released soon, bringing even better results — stay tuned!
3. That issue has already been fixed. Please try again, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you run into any problems.
4. You're right — the output image resolution isn’t extremely high. The maximum we currently offer is 3000px, as higher resolutions would require significantly more processing time and GPU resources. However, you can use ImgUpscaler to enlarge your result without losing quality.
5. That issue occurred with the old algorithm. It has been resolved in the latest version, and you shouldn't experience it again.

The error is just when I go to click on the app button on the website, it just says "500
Internal Server Error". Ive tried it on 2 different browsers with the same problem. Am I the only one experiencing this??
If the problem is on your end, do you know when it could be fixed?
