When I use Indy and Google Sheets
The disadvantages I see are:
- Header can't adjust font size, making my Thai language big and out of style
- Should have more Header designs, can choose to use
- Can't design invoice page by yourself, have to use only templates provided by the system
- Business info for only 1 company
The rest are designed and made very well.

An absolute gem of a deal
Working with clients is the worst part of my job! Seriously, this software adds a layer of protection I haven't had before, and it feels great!
I was nearly put off by the reviews here, but I'm thanking my stars I didn't listen. Do these guys not know how much creating a contract with a solicitor these days? That combined with 1TB (SERIOUSLY!) of storage for the seemingly endless back and forth, tweaks, and changes to copy and images, means that this will change the way I work 100%!
The only thing I can see missing is recipts. Here in England we send that after invoicing, but maybe this is a weird British-ism. I am so thankful for Indy bringing this deal to the table.

It Could Be Much Better
I had big expectations of this app. On the surface, it seems to offer much of what would one need to mange clients, invoices, proposals, contracts, etc.
This is what I'm missing the most:
1. SQUARE PAYMENT!!!!! This one is VERY important to me.
2. Being able to add tax % at the bottom of the invoice where the total amount is rather than adding tax to each single item
3. White label.
4. Setup any email I want regardless of service it is on (google or my own smtp).
5. Ability to create templates for projects - save current project as template.
6. I'm having trouble turning proposal into invoice.
7. Being able to set my own starting number for invoice and proposals. It would be nice to have some kind of label change if the proposal is turned into invoice. (ie. PRP-2023 INV-20203 or PRP-INV-2023). Something like this.
8. Customization of client's portal (look, images, branding, etc.).
This is it for now as I'm pretty new to the app. I really have high hopes for it.

Indy looks like a great system, until you realize there's no webhook integration and you can't connect any of your existing systems unless you sign up with the most expensive integration company in the world - Zapier.
They don't even have a plan to add webhooks. Seems like the company is not realizing that the audience they intend to serve doesn't use Zapier. Refund.

Disappointing Experience with the Software
I recently signed up for this software, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Upon gaining access, I quickly discovered that the portal is missing a crucial client login page, which is a fundamental feature for any business application. This oversight significantly hampers usability and client engagement.
Additionally, I encountered issues with the chat functionality. Messages sent through the chat feature are not being delivered to customer emails, which is a major flaw for any tool aimed at facilitating communication. This lack of reliable communication options makes it difficult to maintain effective interactions with clients.
Another significant drawback is the absence of a custom domain setup, meaning there is no white-label option available. This is a critical feature for businesses looking to maintain their branding and professionalism, and its absence is a glaring oversight in the app's overview.
Furthermore, the only option to set up a company email is through Google, which is not convenient for those who have their email services set up outside of Google. This limitation restricts flexibility and can be a significant hurdle for businesses that use different email providers.
Moreover, it appears that there has been no active development for this app since 2024. This stagnation raises concerns about the software's future and its ability to adapt to the evolving needs of businesses.
Overall, this software feels like a basic application that lacks the necessary features and value for real business use, especially when it comes to client communication. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a robust solution.
