Indy seems to be a great platform. I was looking at alternatives to Plutio as that platform is getting more buggy recently and this almost fits the role, although there are a few missing features that are making me hesitant to move across, some are simple and feel like they should have been here already. Here is what I need for my business:

Important:
Custom Fields for people, projects.
Ability to create templates for projects
Additional Super admin who can manage entire indy account
Customise the dashboard with other metrics

Nice to have:
Automations in forms to create project based on fields
Click through to people page from proposal portal
CNAME for whitelabel
Custom Email Sender (SMTP) for emails
Add additional workspace accounts with dropdown box to switch between them
More filter options in projects (filter by date)
Pabbly Connect Webhooks (Zapier is expensive)
Native mobile app with push notifications
iCal integration for calendar
More automation options (e.g. when contract signed, create project, create form based on this template)

I think the UI is good, clean and easy to use, and like how the tasks are displayed. I would like to see a roadmap for future updates, I am unsure if I will keep or not, but think its 90% of the way to be useable for me.
