A: Interactive Shell "terminals" and IDE are docker powered can access up to 1vcpu, 0.5GB memory and unlimited outbound data transfer per session. Having said that fair use policy applies -i.e., for personal use only. No unethical use, no re-sell of the service. Allocations are the same for all tiers.
