Q: Why am I being required to pay for upgrade. When I already paid for lifetime subscription?

Why is it prompting me to upgrade my plan, and only allowing 2 invoices to be created. When I have paid for the Lifetime subscription, which should entail unlimited invoices. I only have one business registered under my account.
