Q: I can't download any YT videos anymore and when I went to check for updates it says this version is up to date.
My question is what I am missing here that I cannot get this app to work?

I found out what I needed to do; go to the “about” tab upper right hand corner of the itubego app. There should be a link to their website. Just download the free version on the website and install it on your computer. Your lifetime license should transfer automatically to the new version. Good luck!

The next step is to email itubego directly and send them your log files. You have to compress it zip it. Good luck. They sent me a link on my email on a new version. It was like 10.2.1
