From what I’ve read in various queries, it seems that—aside from the chat feature—both tiers now offer almost the same functionalities. Thank you for being so accommodating so far. I have two requests: Could you please consider enabling the chat feature in Tier 4, or alternatively, increase the number of users in Tier 5? We have 3 different domains and email IDs.
