Q: Four videos in the queue, pending for 12 hours, and it still shows a 180-minute rendering time.

The video has been in the queue for 180 minutes. It started rendering 12 hours ago but is still stuck in the queue with a remaining render time of 180 minutes. Is this a bug? I raised a ticket but haven't received a response yet. Disappointing.

A: Hi. Currently, we are experiencing a high volume of video production requests, espacially the long videos, which has led to a temporary increase in queue times.

We understand the importance of a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. As such, we are actively working to optimize our processes and improve server efficiency. Additionally, we are coordinating to secure more server resources to better handle the increased demand. We have increased server resources by 180%, improving the overall speed of long video production. Rest assured, your video will be completed within 24 hours. We recommend creating shorter videos(0- 5 min).

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to resolve this situation and continue to provide you with the high-quality service you deserve.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

I also facing the same problem. My video has been rendering for over 8 hours but it is saying it will be queued for 180 minutes. This is not a good first impression.
