Hi there! I currently have the equivalent of the old deal’s Tier 3, and I’d like to upgrade my plan to Tier 4. How can I do that? Do I just need to purchase a Tier 2 in order to go from Tier 3 to Tier 4? Could you please explain how this upgrade process works? Thanks!
