1. There doesn't seem to be a way to send support a message in the app. 2. If modifying an exiting QR code URL, does the image change? i.e. do I need to resend peoople the QR code image if the URL changes?

If you’re modifying the URL of an existing Dynamic QR Code, the image does not change—you don’t need to resend the QR Code. Dynamic QR Codes allow you to update the destination URL while keeping the same QR Code.
On the other hand, Passive QR Codes (which directly encode the URL)...

What's the benefit of custom domain retargeting? Because once activated, the vCard opens on dashboard.joyqr.com and not on the custom domain I created.
We recently added vCard custom domain support last week, so now your vCard can open directly on your custom domain instead of dashboard.joyqr.com.
Additionally, we are working on improving vCard functionality, including support for profile photos, more custom fields, and enhanced customization options.
