Q: Bio Pages for Social Media
Hi,
I have been trying to customize the link for a Bio Page for the last few hours only to find out that once you create one (in this case I created one for testing called FirstName) you can't change the /PageName, but rather need to create a whole new page with the correct name you want to add at the end to /PageName why is this? Why not make it easier to just edit the page name while editing the Bio Page? Took me 3 hours to get the landing page just the way I wanted it for a client, only to realize that it had MY name in it and I couldn't change it.
Also... I don't see any limits as it refers to Pages, but from Adding a new page I can see that my old page became inactive... does that mean that 1 code = only 1 active Bio page?
As in... if I'm an Agency and want to create Pages for my clients, I need to buy 1 code per client?
Thanks

Jul 15, 2025A: Hi!
Thanks for your thoughtful message — great questions.
You’re right, currently the Bio Page URL (the /PageName) can’t be changed after creation. Originally, we restricted this to avoid confusion from frequent renaming, but based on user feedback like yours, we realize that this limitation causes more friction than we intended. We’re now considering adding the ability to rename the page soon.
In the meantime, if you need to change the name of an existing Bio Page, just reach out to us at support@joyqr.com — we’d be happy to update it manually for you.
As for Bio Page limits: each account can create up to 5 Bio Pages. When a page is marked as “inactive,” it’s just not currently selected for editing in the dashboard — it’s still live and accessible via its link. You can switch between active pages in the dashboard without losing any work.
Let us know if you need help switching or renaming a page — happy to help!
