Q: Few Questions for Agency

Hi there! I'm considering using your platform for an agency, and I have a few quick questions.

vCard vs Bio Link – What are the key differences between the two?

Limits – How many vCards and Bio Links can I create under one account?

Custom Domains – How many custom domains can I connect and use?

Scalability – Is the platform stable and scalable if I need more than 60,000 scans/month?

QR Code Flexibility – Can a single QR code have its destination URL updated multiple times, allowing for ongoing use without reprinting

Reporting & Analytics – Does the platform provide detailed scan reports for each QR code that can be exported or shared directly with clients?

Thanks in advance for the info

A: Thanks for reaching out — happy to answer your questions!

1. vCard vs Bio Link – vCards are designed for quickly saving contact details (like phone, email) to a user’s phone. Bio Links are more versatile mini landing pages where you can showcase multiple links, images, social profiles, etc. They’re commonly used on social media profiles.

2. Limits – You can create unlimited vCards and Bio Links under one account.

3. Custom Domains – Currently, we support 1 custom domain per account. Soon, we’ll support up to 3 custom domains, and the option to purchase additional ones. Typically, you’d use one for QR redirection, one for Bio Pages, and one for vCards – but you can mix and match however you need.

4. Scalability – Yes, the platform is stable and fully scalable beyond 60,000 scans/month.

5. QR Code Flexibility – All QR codes are dynamic by default, meaning you can update the destination URL at any time without needing to reprint the QR code. We also offer passive (static) QR codes if needed.

6. Reporting & Analytics – We provide detailed scan analytics per QR code, including location, device type, and time. There’s no client-facing subaccount feature yet. Subaccounts are on our radar, but not planned in the near term.
