Q: In-app Support?
1. There doesn't seem to be a way to send support a message in the app.
2. If modifying an exiting QR code URL, does the image change? i.e. do I need to resend peoople the QR code image if the URL changes?

If you’re modifying the URL of an existing Dynamic QR Code, the image does not change—you don’t need to resend the QR Code. Dynamic QR Codes allow you to update the destination URL while keeping the same QR Code.
On the other hand, Passive QR Codes (which directly encode the URL) cannot be changed, meaning you would need to resend a new QR Code if the URL changes.
Our QR Codes are dynamic by default, but you can still enable passive/static QR Coded, if needed.
