I bought a tier 2 license and now I can't access any pro plan features. It said I had to upgrade so I tried that and then lost my lifetime license and there's no support other than to book a call with someone. Also, it turns out that I needed to upgrade to the more expensive pro plan, which I thought I had lifetime access to, so I have to pay more to get the features I need and was promised. Nothing can be done right now and in the meantime, I have a client getting pissed at me because I can't provide the fast turn around I promised them based on what used to work here. It worked great, until each upgrade. Then they lag on getting lifetime deal owners caught up on the new feature. Now, I can't access the new features at all without paying and it looks like I lost my lifetime license. Don't recommend at all.
**Update** I did use the Magic Edit the first time under the lifetime license and that's what started this whole issue because it used premium assets and wanted me to pay more to export my video. Magic Edit should use free assets or those assets should be included, but instead, their AI is using assets that they get to hold hostage until you pay more.
Harris says in his response here that tier 2 is not tied to the pro plan but it clearly shows above that the Deal Terms and Conditions state that "All future Pro Plan updates" are a part of the deal. Nowhere does it say that that only applies to tier 3. And all the tiers listed below state "All features above included" and does not state that lower tiers are not tied to the pro plan. Deceptive practices to make you feel like your getting a deal and then back out once you try to hold them to it.
In addition to this, I tried to play their game and paid for an "upgrade" (features I should have had anyway) because I was under a time crunch and needed the video, and was told I still needed to pay more to download to landscape and then pay more because the magic edit used premium assets. Nowhere on this page or on the website is it stated that they get to hold your video hostage for more money if their AI decides to use certain assets and nowhere does it state that Getty assets are an extra charge.
Now I've lost my lifetime due to the attempted upgrade, they "fixed it" by giving me growth plan features instead of pro plan, Harris is now saying that pro plan isn't attached to tier 2 when it doesn't say that anywhere above, and they are still wanting me to pay for a monthly $50 upgrade to get the features promised on this page.
This product isn't what was promised and I hope AppSumo never offers it again as I feel the offer and the creator are both deceptive. It's no wonder they don't allow reviews on their actual website, they don't want current prospective customers seeing the horrible customer support. The only place I can leave a review is here on an offer page that is closed and will probably never be looked at again.

Not able to export video ,videos takes huge huge time. I can't filter out free videos only the thunder ones visible , no way it is getting removed . For just editing a 3 minutes video it took me more than 3 and half hours just wanted to add few brolls , no fancy stuff no subtitles etc nothing. After doing all that , rendered the video , it took half an hour to get it download ready , then the video was getting downloaded finally with a superb speed of 280 - 300 kbps .My internet speed is more than 100 Mbps, checked, all by other tools running flashy fast. Jupiter is having such a pathetic experience.

Not working even after upgrading the content library
The export feature doesn't work in studio mode. I though due to less options to choose the b-roll are not optimal and matching content. But even with premium add-on 89$ purchase, the right B-roll is not selected by tool. There is active work and communication by Harris.. I really hope this tool is successful. Basic functionalities like studio export and right b-roll selection should be fixed first. There should not be blank screen in case of audio only upload. Others updates of magic edit etc can follow..
As of today this is not usable..
Looking forward to these fixes on priority.. Will change tacos once these issues are addressed.

Really sorry about the experience. The studio export issue and mismatched B-rolls might be due to a technical glitch on the server. The team’s on it, and we’re prioritizing a fix.

This product has been the biggest disappointment so far through AppSumo, and it makes me doubt of the platform.
Since a few months ago, the platform is not exporting videos properly, I patiently wait so hopefully it gets a bit better over time. No go.
Now it seems that Jupitrr's usage has been rethought and reduced, and with that, my 100hrs license has been turned into 500 minutes together with the other plans. That is less than 10% of what I purchased. Email's were sent, no answers received whatsoever. It is also very difficult to get ahold of someone, the help button more often is away than present. Otherwise I have to schedule an 1-on-1 video call with the owner. Ain't nobody got time for that.
Update : Now it seems that they have added a bigger stock library while trying to charge us extra 89 dollars. The app became completely useless because it fills videos with the premium images and there's no way to turn it off or avoid being used on my videos. I have already sent countless emails to the creators and their support, all they do is tell me it's working properly when it's clearly not. Here I am wasting my time leaving this update.
