The Biggest Scam so far.
This product has been the biggest disappointment so far through AppSumo, and it makes me doubt of the platform.
Since a few months ago, the platform is not exporting videos properly, I patiently wait so hopefully it gets a bit better over time. No go.
Now it seems that Jupitrr's usage has been rethought and reduced, and with that, my 100hrs license has been turned into 500 minutes together with the other plans. That is less than 10% of what I purchased. Email's were sent, no answers received whatsoever. It is also very difficult to get ahold of someone, the help button more often is away than present. Otherwise I have to schedule an 1-on-1 video call with the owner. Ain't nobody got time for that.
Update : Now it seems that they have added a bigger stock library while trying to charge us extra 89 dollars. The app became completely useless because it fills videos with the premium images and there's no way to turn it off or avoid being used on my videos. I have already sent countless emails to the creators and their support, all they do is tell me it's working properly when it's clearly not. Here I am wasting my time leaving this update.
Stay away from this platform. You have been warned.

Exporting Issues – A small percentage of users face export problems, usually due to unsupported video formats, length over 30 minutes, or file sizes above 200MB. We’ve tried our best to minimize these issues and have these limits clearly stated on our site. If you’re experiencing an export failure that doesn’t fall under these cases, please reach out, and I’d love to look into it for you.
"Reduced Minutes" – According to our records, your 100 hour limit is remained as shown as your dashboard! Just email us at hello@jupitrr.com if you can't see the numbers :)
Premium Stock Assets – I understand the concern, and I want to clarify that premium stock assets are completely optional. They are marked with (1) a watermark and (2) a lightning icon in the gallery, so you can easily identify and avoid them. If for any reason this isn’t working as expected, please let us know—we’d be happy to check and ensure everything is functioning properly for you.
