A: Totally fair question — and I completely understand the concern, especially if you’ve had frustrating experiences with other LTD deals in the past.

We chose to map AppSumo (legacy) plans separately to protect the integrity of what was originally promised and is currently promised to all AppSumo customers. This ensures you continue to receive the features, limits, and access outlined at the time of your purchase — even as the platform evolves and new commercial plans are introduced.

Many of the newer plans we offer on subscription include different pricing structures and modules that reflect ongoing costs or serve new user types — such as agencies managing multiple brands or trademarked sellers using deeper Amazon Brand Registry integrations.

That said, we’ve always honored our LTD commitments, and in many cases, we’ve gone beyond them — like giving lifetime users access to our newly launched AI optimization engine, even though it wasn’t included in the original deal. So while LTD users are placed on a legacy tier, it’s a tier we’re committed to maintaining and supporting long-term.
