support on understanding how to use this tool. I went to the help section https://trykeywordspy.com/docs/keyword-discovery-getting-started and its pretty frustrating when you read thru it. Its very amateurish to have that page not even proof read by someone who know what the heck is going on.
There are broken links/dead links, sentences are not finished right, typos and not to mention doesn't explain much.
Your youtube videos look like they are for the full suite and I am trying to see which one could give me a proper walk thru of KD.
I am very disappointed with my purchase so far. Hope you can polish up the tool a little soon so I can finally learn how to use it and then see if I want to go fullstack. Until then, please stop sending emails for upgrading to your monthly packages. You are trying to put the cart before the horse.
