I've purchased this tool and I've already had problems. Customer support is not responsive at all. I've purchased 3 codes and instead of 3, the program only allowed me to add 2 codes. Keyword Discovery by KeywordSPY took a long time to process... It really took me a few hours to process a simple keyword search (unlike ahrefs or SEMRush which takes seconds to process). Keyword Spy is just horrible. I've not even done my first search (under the keyword Spy feature) and already, I've received a notification "You’ve exhausted your monthly quota, please upgrade". I've selected the less accurate but even faster results and still, I've exhausted my monthly quota.

I've been involved in SEO for over 14 years now and this is NOT the top or best SEO tool by a long run. I'm not happy with this program at all and hopefully, they can get this fixed along with their response time. 1/5.
