Q: Early Adopters & Stacking
Hello KillerPlayer Team,
I am one of the Early Adopters who purchased the KillerPlayer on May 1, 2021.
Did the 2021 deal include all the new features, or do I need to purchase 2 more codes?
If I have to buy more codes, it feels like I am buying the KillerPlayer platform all over again!
Would you please clarify the difference between the 2021 deal and the 2025 deal?

If you purchased the KillerPlayer deal in May 2021, you already have access to the highest tier that was available at that time. You’re still entitled to all the core features and future updates included in that package.
The only two features not included in the 2021 deal are:
1- Domain Lock
2- Custom CNAME
These were introduced later as part of our new Enterprise Tier (Tier 3) in 2025.
If you're interested in these two features, you don’t need to buy new codes; simply reach out to our support team at support@killerplayer.com, and we’ll offer them to you at a discounted price exclusive to our early adopters.
