Purchased Killer Player - Not able to access it.
Frustrated. Just purchased yesterday 6/17/25 and then not able to access site. No communication on Appsumo about why site is down. Appears based on some other comments that availability has been an issue in the past. Appsumo credited me back so I am not out any money... just frustrated because the service solved an issue.

On June 17th, our server unexpectedly went down, and despite multiple recovery attempts by our hosting provider’s technical team, the issue could not be resolved. Rather than prolong the downtime or offer a patchwork solution, we made the decision to migrate everything to a more powerful and reliable hosting provider to ensure long-term stability and faster performance.
We understand your frustration—it’s especially disappointing when a tool you were excited about becomes temporarily unavailable. That said, the good news is: the site is now fully operational on our new server, and we've implemented stronger infrastructure and monitoring to prevent such issues in the future.
