Q: Place for the Contact? + DSGVO

Hello dear team,

Where can I see the registered email addresses? Are these only transferred via Sendfox and similar services, or can I also view the addresses separately? Additionally, is it possible to link leads through the newsletter tool Encharge instead of using Sendfox and the like? And how does it work with GDPR (DSGVO) compliance in Germany?

A: Hi flinker.affe,

Thank you for reaching out with your questions about KingSumo.
I'd be happy to assist you!

1. Viewing Registered Email Addresses:

Yes, you can view the email addresses of participants who have entered your giveaways directly within your KingSumo account. To access this information:
- Log in to your KingSumo account.
- Navigate to the specific giveaway you're interested in.
- There, you'll find a list of entrants along with their email addresses.

This allows you to manage and export your leads as needed, independent of any integrations with email marketing services.

2. Integrating with Encharge:

Currently, KingSumo offers direct integrations with certain email marketing platforms like SendFox. As Encharge is not in direct integration with KingSumo, you can still try to connect KingSumo to Encharge using third-party automation tools such as Zapier.

3. GDPR (DSGVO) Compliance in Germany:

KingSumo is committed to data privacy and complies with GDPR regulations. When collecting email addresses through KingSumo:

- Ensure that you have a clear privacy policy in place.
- Obtain explicit consent from users to collect and process their data.
- Provide users with the option to unsubscribe or have their data deleted upon request.

It's important to customize your giveaway's terms and conditions to align with GDPR requirements, especially when targeting users in Germany. For detailed guidance, please refer to KingSumo's documentation on GDPR compliance: https://help.kingsumo.com/collection/206-kingsumo-web-app-help-faq

Best regards!
