Q: Feature Inquiry for Pottery Class Booking Website

I'm planning to build a pottery class website and would like to know if your software supports the features:
We will be offering two types of classes:
Wheel Throwing Courses
Hand Building Courses
Each class should have:
A way to collect answers to specific questions from participants before confirming their booking.
A booking system with a maximum capacity of 15 people (this number should be adjustable depending on our staff and equipment).
Automatic "Sold Out" status once the maximum capacity is reached.
Different schedules (each class runs on different days and times).
Different teachers and prices.

Online payment integration to finalise the booking.
Could you please let me know if your system supports these features?

May 28, 2025A: Hello Serkan! thanks for sharing your requirements clearly. If I am not misunderstanding your questions, all of them are doable, maybe with some workarounds (for example if different teachers mean different prices, you need to create services like "Wheel throwing for beginner - with Michelle" and "Learn wheel throwing from Jessie" indicating 2 different persons and instructors.
However one thing we can't do is asking free text questions, or document uploads etc.. We only allow single select questions that allow you to differentiate the price (like asking "would like to buy our branded uniform for $15"). but you cannot ask a question like "please enter your car plate number for parking validation".
I would recommend to spend 30 mins on free tier, and if you like it, buy from appsumo and reach out to me for manual upgrade. Because the free tier will allow you to test your requirements.
