A: Hi George, we didn’t design kiwi as a space, room, desk booking software, and everything is linked to a staff.

That said, a lot of clients are using it for purposes like studio booking, room booking. How they do is to define a specific service and staff for that room. So each of the resources end up having their calendars via dummy staff records.

For the end user booking, this allows a good experience.

For example we have a built in question called “Choose your staff”, you can rename it as “Choose your desk”.

Multiple date bookings are not available though. Any schedule should be defined by hours of a day.
