Q: Is it suitable for booking tour?
As the title says, is it suitable for tour operator / booking tour? I checked on your website and I saw Booking System for Wordpress is something I'd like to have instead of using woocommerce.

May 7, 2025A: Hello! We have very happy tour operators who use kiwi, and especially it would work much smoother than woocommerce (add-ons).
Only compromise that I can think of is the following:
Tour operators generally ask in booking funnel "How many persons?", and you link it to the capacity of each tour. Let's assume you have a boat tour with 15 persons capacity, you can have 3 different groups buying for 5.
We have a feature that allows to add custom options. like "how many participants?" and you can add options like "1 person : $20", "2 persons: $35" and such. However since this is a generic option, it is not integrated to the capacity management, and this booking would be counted as 1. So if you want to use kiwi as a tool to get bookings, and manage capacity offline (if you are using third party agencies/brokers, that happens anyways", then it will work.
But if kiwi will be your only platform to get bookings, you will have to manage capacity manually.
It maybe a difficult compromise depending on how delicately you need to plan for capacity. A city tour generally has stretch but a safari tour doesn't.
Apologies if it is a bit overwhelming, but wanted to make sure I share this information before you start an account.
