Regarding the comparison with Tawk.to: you’re absolutely right, they offer a solid free chat interface! The key difference is that Tawk.to is a traditional live chat. You or your team need to be online to respond in real time. Kotae, on the other hand, is a fully AI-powered support assistant that learns from your website and materials, answers questions automatically, and saves you hours of manual work. Plus, Kotae offers advanced analytics and insights that aren’t available with most traditional chat tools.

We completely support free solutions like Tawk.to and know they’re perfect for a lot of users. However, if you’re looking for AI automation and smarter support with less manual effort, Kotae might be the better fit.
