Q: How does adding multiple website to learn works with other 2 questions? Please help.

I've the following questions -

1. Escalations are not working properly. How to escalate correctly? I want the customers to fill in the information like Name, Email, Website URL, Phone and details before starting the chat. It's not happening for now.

2. I am unable to train from 2 websites. When I add another website, the page count becomes zero.

Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you’re running into these issues. Please let me clarify:

1. Escalations Form Fields
Our Escalations feature lets visitors request human assistance after chatting with the AI. When they click the letter icon on top right to “Escalate,” they’ll fill out a form (Name, Email, Company, Phone, Message and attach files), and you’ll receive a real-time email notification with their submission so you can follow up directly.
- This is separate function from the Lead Collection Form (Name & Email before chat starts), which is available on all Kotae Subscription Plans.

2. Training from Two Websites
Each Kotae chatbot can perform a live crawl on only one URL at a time. Currently, additional domains must be added as static reference material to protect answer quality.

One workaround for this is to have a Primary live crawl: Point Kotae at the domain that updates most frequently so new content is indexed automatically. And in addition to the live crawl, use secondary site as files: Export key pages or your sitemap to PDF/plain-text, then upload them under Training - Files. This setup lets your bot serve the freshest content from your primary site while still drawing on the static content of your secondary domain.
- We’re actively developing support for multiple live URL sources. Once released, you’ll be able to point Kotae at any number of domains natively. This feature will be available on all Kotae Subscription Plans.

3. Custom Support Email
We’re about to release the ability to set a different email address for Support!
