Q: Is it possible to add extra context depending on the user?

Hi and nice work.
Is possible to pass other parameters to the chat widget like user name, language, actual page and topic of the page? Is it possible to add data to the widget to personalize the experience?

Eg, I know the language of the user then I want to start the chat in his language.
I want to add extra context depending on the page the user is, so to help better the user based on the actual context. Also saying that the user is in a page talking about dogs, if AI know the topic of the page could give more contextual and pertinent answer than just having the training data and waiting the user to declare the context.

A little suggestion, if you could trigger post action to API based on the user need it would be perfect!

I tried your product and it's great for simplicity and it's working straightforward. I tried a lot of the chatbot available and all is promising a lot but not working as expected. Anyway I guess your bot is missing parameter passed to the widget and the way to send post calls to different endpoint.

Ah I saw you cannot remove the branding.. at least in tier 3 you should allow to remove it.. this is quite a big no :(

yes the limits are very restrictive...cannot remove branding and cannot use this on more than a single site.
