Is it possible to add data to the widget to personalize the experience? Eg, I know the language of the user then I want to start the chat in his language. I want to add extra context depending on the page the user is, so to help better the user based on the actual context. Also saying that the user is in a page talking about dogs, if AI know the topic of the page could give more contextual and pertinent answer than just having the training data and waiting the user to declare the context. Thank You A little suggestion, if you could trigger post action to API based on the user need it would be perfect!
