It works well although it takes a while for customer service to respond

Well, I bought it and returned it because I was looking for something more complete, but after bad experiences with others I tried, I bought it again at level 1 and it works fine, although it could be improved. I've been waiting three days for them to reply about whether it's possible to customize the form that customers fill out when the chatbot can't find the answer, and... they haven't responded. Anyway, I'll keep waiting.

However, if you're looking for something simple that works, it's recommended.

Seriously Awesome!

Kotae is honestly one of the best customer support chatbot I’ve tried. The answers it gives are actually accurate, and setting it up was way easier than I expected. I just uploaded a few files and it learned everything super fast. The website and dashboard look really clean and not confusing at all.
What’s also cool is that there aren’t a bunch of annoying limits, even though it’s lifetime access. Plus, you can totally customize how it looks, which makes it feel like it’s really part of your site.
If you want a chatbot that actually works and is simple to use, Kotae is definitely worth it!
