It works well although it takes a while for customer service to respond
Well, I bought it and returned it because I was looking for something more complete, but after bad experiences with others I tried, I bought it again at level 1 and it works fine, although it could be improved. I've been waiting three days for them to reply about whether it's possible to customize the form that customers fill out when the chatbot can't find the answer, and... they haven't responded. Anyway, I'll keep waiting.
However, if you're looking for something simple that works, it's recommended.

- Personalize the “sorry” message when no answer is found
- Define response ending with your chosen contact information (for example, your support email address)
- Adjust the level of formality to match your brand voice
