Is Kubrix released too early?

Issue 1: Encounter this issue (a word split in 2 screen) , maybe you can suggest how to resolve or avoid this
Statement "Compensation, competitive salaries"
Video split as 2 screen per below
"Compensation, compet"
"itive salaries"

"Consultancy" split "Consult" and "ancy"

Issue 2: Created 2 video looping in pending, after few hour the the video still looping. The next day the 2 pending video disappear but the credit deducted.
What is the average time to generate 1 video? It doesnt seem fair that deduct credit but video not generated

Can you share what is the fixes urgently? Else i will need to refund

Hi! Thank you so much for reporting these — and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience you've faced.

🧩 Issue 1: Word Splitting Across Screens
This is a known limitation in the current version. The system auto-splits text without always recognizing word boundaries, especially for longer or complex terms like ā€œCompensation, competitive salaries.ā€

āœ… Fix coming: We’re actively working on smarter sentence handling that prevents awkward line breaks and ensures smoother subtitle transitions. This is high priority on our roadmap.

šŸ” Issue 2: Video Stuck in Pending & Lost Credits
We understand how frustrating it is to lose credits for videos that don't get generated.

āœ… Fix: We’re improving server reliability and adding auto-refund of credits for failed generations.

āœ… What to do now: Please email support@kubrix.ai with your account info — we’ll manually restore your credits for the videos that failed.

ā±ļø Average Video Time
Most videos generate in 1–2 minutes, depending on queue and script length.

We appreciate your patience and honest feedback — it helps us make Kubrix better. If we can’t meet your needs soon, we completely understand your decision. But we’re committed to making it right.

šŸ’™ Thank you again.
