Q: what is the Unlimited keywords/content plan all about?

How do I use this by itself? Is it only for the one entity or can an agency take advantage of that feature on T4? It does not write content for us does it? How much more valuable is it, like is there agency use of it or just single entity use?

A: Hi there,

I'll work through your questions one after the other.

1. What is the Unlimited Keywords/Content Plan all About?
To provide some context into your question, it'll be useful to mention that content plans essentially are folders where you can organize multiple keywords that turn into content analyses and, eventually, full-length AI-generated or manually written articles.

Typically, these content plans (or folders, if you will) have a limit on the number of keywords you can insert for the purpose of creating content. The limit is fairly high and you're unlikely to hit it. But it's just something to note.

However, from the 4th tier, we decided to just take out the limits altogether for the benefit of our users. That means that for every content plan you create, you can insert all the keywords you want and then some.

2. How do I Use this by Itself?
You do not exactly use this by itself because it is a part of the suite of features that come with KWHero.

Content plans and keywords serve the purpose of organizing your content strategy within KWHero before or while you get to writing with KWHero.

3. Is it Only for One Entity or Can an Agency Take Advantage of that Feature on T4?
Technically speaking, yes, an agency can take advantage of that feature.

You can share individual content analyses with as many team members as you need. They can edit and work on specific content pieces generally.

5. It Does Not Write Content for Us, Does it?
There are a few steps between creating a content plan and having an article ready.

The content plan in and of itself will not simply write content for you.

But, after including a keyword in a content plan, you can generate a content analysis, select your competitors, generate an outline and then generate an article with KWHero.

6. How Much More Valuable is it?
In terms of sheer numbers alone, it is considerably more valuable than the other plans for individuals and companies who are looking to undertake large content efforts.

For example, suppose you run an agency that has multiple clients who regularly need several articles monthly.

With some of our lower tiers, there's a chance that you'll eventually run out of keywords in the content plan you set aside to organize a client's work.

But, with the tiers that allow for unlimited keywords per content plan, you're not going to face that problem.

An individual with similarly high content needs could also apply this use-case to themselves, albeit a little modified.

Ultimately, I think that a great way to see if KWHero will suit your purposes is to test out the product.

Hope this helps!
