Q: Tutors and Teacher use case?

Can KYZON Space be used for online tutoring for subjects like math? I went to your website and review the education page. I'm not sure if it would with classes like math, chemistry, and physics because we would have to show the steps to get to the right answers.
-Can 2 screens from the tutor can be shared at the same time?
-Can we share screen of input devices like a laptop pad (writing pad)?

A: Hey john200,

Great question. At the moment, our platforms are not ideal for subjects where annotations or drawings are heavily required as we don't have the best support for drawing or writing capabilities. In the case of math, chemistry or physics which require multiple working out steps to be shown before getting to the right answer, you would need to type out each step in the shared live Google or Microsoft document.

We used to have a simple whiteboard feature available during Space calls but the whiteboard was causing performance issues so we had to disable it. We want to bring whiteboards back again but until we do, our drawing/writing capabilities during the tutoring session are quite limited.

To answer your 2 questions:
1. No we currently don't support 2 screens being shared at the same time. From our understanding, this is a browser limitation and once Chrome and other browsers support this feature, we can make it available.
2. At the moment we also cannot share screen on input devices like a writing pad.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help clarify and appreciate the interest :)
