Don't bother
I would love to give this a 5 star review because it's the exact platform I'm looking for. Unfortunately, the platform is buggy as hell and I have yet to be able to set up even one WhatsApp account to it. Further, there is no support whatsoever.
I submitted a ticket about this issue, that was promptly marked as resolved without any actual response. I followed up on the ticket but no response to that either.
They did, however, respond quite rapidly to a request to claim the white label that was promised under the tier 4 I purchased. That was only because they were hoping to do an upsell though. They weren't able to explain how their new offer was different than the one included in the one I purchased, then ghosted.
This is a shame because theoretically speaking, this would be an awesome platform. But I guess they're not currently ready to handle having customers at the moment. That doesn't bode well for their continued existence.

To set up your account properly, itâs super important to follow our tutorials. Metaâs system can be complex, but weâve worked hard to make Lancepilot as simple and user-friendly as possible. If the steps are followed correctly, things should run smoothly.
Also, while our ticket system is under maintenance, our WhatsApp live support is always available â and we didnât see any messages from your side. We also have a Discord group and a WhatsApp channel where users get help fast - even I personally jump on calls when needed.
With Tier 4, white label is already included. And yes, weâre actively building a white label billing system, which is on the way.
We now have thousands of active users - and for most, itâs working great. If it works for them, it can definitely work for you too - as long as itâs set up properly.
If you're open to giving it one more shot, Iâd truly love to help you live and get things running for your use case.
