Q: Do you have buffer times built in yet? Are email notifications design customisable?

I am also interested to know if you are using an SMTP Email service like Postmark? Do notifcation emails appear to come from Lapsula or are they branded with our own company names?

Yes, we do have buffer times, and they can be set up in the "Settings" section of the web app.

Regarding email delivery, they are sent through our SMTP provider. Messages are sent from a Lapsula domain, but you can remove all Lapsula branding from the actual message content. Although we support CNAME / custom domains and subdomains for the booking page, we still don't have the option to send emails from a user-defined domain or an SMTP server of their choice.
