Updated review: they listen
After a bit of misunderstanding between me and them, this is my opinion:
They are willing to improve and they listen to clients like myself. Not just listen but more importantly they took actions based on feedback. This is very important for any startup.
For the team, I think the team behind Lapsula is great, nice customer support. Five tacos for the team.
For the product, I think the product itself still has a long way to go to compete with cal.com or calendly. Three tacos for the product for now. But hey, this is still a new product. Maybe it isn't fair to compare them with the big guys.
Overall, my rating should be four tacos, but I will give one extra to show my support to Lapsula.
