Q: Printful product design not able to migrate on LaunchMyStore, showing as blank-empty product

Hello, I just recently bought and invested on the platform. I've been already testing it for straight 4 hours now and with printful integration the only thing so far I'm noticing that has an issue was with the product design not being migrated all together. Information and pictures of the product are migrated except for the designs on the shirt and logo's. Can you please fix this problem so that customers wouldn't think that they bought a plain tshirt or cap or hoodie or anything that doesn't have a design on it? Thank you.

A: We understand your concern regarding the Printful integration, and we apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. Since the integration is still in beta, there may be some bugs, but rest assured, the images and designs should show up properly.

To help us resolve this issue, kindly send an email to support@launchmystore.io with your registered email address and the Printful product ID and product image that that should instead of the shirt design without your print. This will allow us to investigate the issue further and ensure the design appears correctly on the product page.
