Request for Fair Inclusion of AI Credits in Tier 2 + UX/UI Concerns with Front-End Builder
AI credits should absolutely be included for AppSumo supporters, especially for early adopters like myself who invested early and provided (and are still willing to provide) valuable feedback to help shape the platform’s growth. Offering limited features to those who supported you from the beginning feels counter to the spirit of community-driven product development. if ordered your Gold Lifetime Deal directly for $10 less the amount?
Additionally, I’d like to share some honest feedback about the new beta release for the front-end builder. As someone who encouraged its development, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the current UX and UI design feels clunky and unintuitive. Instead of enabling a smooth, visual editing experience, the interface relies on a disjointed list-based structure that disrupts the flow. It lacks the polish and usability expected from tools aiming to compete with platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce. Users are used to edit directly in the section, not above where you cannot see the live preview.
Support time is great by the way!
Best regards,
Marcus

Jun 7, 2025Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts, and more importantly, for being one of our early supporters — your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as we continue improving the platform.
Regarding AI credits, we completely understand your concern. As a vendor on AppSumo, we're required to include only currently available features at the time of listing. Since AI features is still under development , they couldn’t be bundled in. That said, once released, AI credits will be available as an optional add-on.
On the note about "limited features" — we just want to clarify that everything promised in the AppSumo listing is fully included. There are no hidden limitations or locked features beyond what was clearly communicated.
As for the front-end builder, it sounds like you may have been referring to the older version. We’ve since released a new visual builder, now in public beta, which allows for live, in-section editing, mobile view toggling, header/footer script injection (e.g., for chat widgets), and much more. You can now insert any section into any page — a feature that was previously restricted. Here’s a preview screenshot for reference:

and can be accessed from this url - https://app.launchmystore.io/builder
Looking ahead, we're especially excited about Snippets (coming soon) — a powerful new feature that will let you define and reuse theme components with editable settings, all without touching code.
Thank you again for your honest review — and for the kind words about our support team! If anything remains unclear or if you’d like a walkthrough of the new builder, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help.
